Carlos Rafael

CARLOS RAFAEL Graduated from the National School of Design of Havana in 1972, and in 1977 Graduated from the prestigeous San Alejandro National Academy of Fine Arts in Havana Also

Some of the MOST important single historical Exhibitions are: Central Bank, Coral Gables in 1992. In 1994, the Successful art exhibit at the Sun Gallery, Coral Gables, and in 1995 Carlois Rafael Had a much publicized Showing at the renowned Art Center Montes D'Oca, in Yucatan, Mexico. Then in 1998, Carlos Had a special Showing at Begin's Foundation, in Palm Beach, Florida. The Following year, 1999, I Had an exhibit at the Art prestigeous Together, in Miami. From 2001 to 2003 historical work featured at the WAS Permanently popular Fraga Fine Arts of Miami, Florida. I've Also Had personal art exhibits in Puerto Rico.

Group Exhibits His MOST noteworthy are: In 1976 & 1977 at San Alejandro National Academy of Fine Arts, in Havana, Cuba. In 1984 I joined Other important artists for a special exhibit at the Koubek Center, sponsored by the University of Miami. Another group exhibit in 1992 at the ProMinent La Boheme Gallery, of Coral Gables, Florida, and in 1998 & 1999 at the famous 0 & Y Gallery, Also in Coral Gables. He joined felllow artists for an exhibit at the Hispanic Art Expression, in Miami, the Following year, and in 2003 "Lo Cubano, The Gallery, LLC, at Miami's Design District, Followed by a single exhibit in 2004-05

Carlos Rafael is the recipient of awards prestigeous Several, such as, 1977 First Prize, San Alejandro National Academy of Fine Arts, 1981 First Oil Painting Prize, Broward Art Guild. In 1982, Another First Prize by the Saami organization. ACCA (Art Critics of Miami) Award him an Honorable Mention for Contemporary Drawing in 1984, First Prize for Still Life in 1985, and in 1987, First Prize for Contemporary Painting.

"... I wanted to help us with this wonderful world Identify That we live in. My inspiration eat from the Need of focusing on nature, beauty and simplicity with STIs and Incorporating It Into the physical aspect of Our Own Existence," Carlos Rafael in an interview for the Miami Helrald in 2010.
